Yukon Jackson's a local confectioner masterfully creates and
hand-crafts delectable chocolates in small quantities using fine
Belgian chocolate.
Yukon Jackson's is wholly Keith Jackson. Keith is a native
Seattlite - he grew up in the West Seattle area.
Keith first stated working with chocolate working at Boehm's
chocolates in Issaquah. Keith mentored under Julius Boehm,
learning the trade.
Keith incorporated in 1992, and has been providing fine
chocolate delicacies wholesale ever since. The name came from
his first product, a Yukon Jack filled truffle. The kitchen is
in Seattle, south of the dome.
